Advent Message Series November 27-December 18

Everyone is waiting for something. 

The weeks leading up to Christmas are filled with excitement, expectations, and…waiting.  We have Advent Calendars that help us to count down the days until the Big Day finally arrives.   Everyone is waiting for something.  The things we long for most in life can’t always be marked on the calendar: waiting for a new job, a new relationship, waiting for a breakthrough, or waiting for God to act.  No one likes waiting.  It feels like a waste of time that stands in between us and the thing that we are waiting for.  If it was up to our sense of time, we would have what we want now.  During this 4 week Advent series, we learn God’s perspective on waiting. There is purpose in the waiting.
