We Did It!
The Paving the Way capital campaign team has amazing news to share with you. It is with thanksgiving to God that we share: We did it! We met our goal! Since August of 2022, the people at Fountain of Life have given over $300,000 towards our goal of paving the way for the future.
You may remember we set three goals for this capital campaign. So what have we done with the funds so far? In August of 2022, the parking lot was completed. In October of 2023, we extended a call to David Johnson, Family Life Director, and he has hit the ground running – building energy around the future generation (children and youth ministries). While we have technically finished the race by meeting our $300,000 goal, the marathon is not over! We are still working for the future! We are now working on our third goal of capital improvements.
If you are still working on your personal pledge goal, we encourage you to help bring us to the next level. We will use these funds as seed money for our much-needed building expansion.
As we all know, Fountain of Life is busting at the seams. God continues to grow our numbers, highlighting our desperate need for more space. At the last voters meeting, the Board of Servant Leaders shared our next steps to address this. Stuart Hofman is leading an Expansion Task Force that is exploring possibilities, assessing specific facility needs, and researching what the scope of the project could cost.
We have already achieved so much together! Next year marks sixty years of ministry at FOL and as we celebrate how far we have come, we must continue to set our eyes and hearts towards the future. As we continue to refine what that looks like, we don’t want to lose steam! Please continue to partner with us and help “Pave the Way” where God is leading us.

The purpose and heart of Fountain of Life is about seeing people connected to Jesus for eternity. Luke 3:6 speaks to the vision – all people will see God’s salvation. Verses 4 & 5 describe the work that we have to do – to get everything out of the way that could keep people from coming to Jesus. We want to pave the way so that people can get to Jesus.
Luke 3:4-6
There are 3 goals that God has led us to focus on as we pave the way for the future.
