Fountain of Life Preschool and the Coronavirus

August 2020 Update
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:6-7

To say these past few months and weeks have been challenging for the staff at Fountain of Life Preschool is an understatement. we know it has been for you all as well. New decisions, information and questions arise seemingly minute by minute and things are constantly changing as a new school year quickly approaches.  Due to COVID19, we have had to make swift and frequent changes to our 2020-2021 year as well.  With this in mind, changes to our class sizes and class schedules have been implemented until further notice. If you are a current preschool family with questions or are a parent/guardian interested in registering for the 2020-2021 school year, we ask that you please contact the Preschool office by phone if you are interested in our program.  The preschool office number is 336-993-4447×14.

Thank you for you patience through this pandemic!

Our Philosophy

We believe that during early childhood, a loving, accepting and safe environment of learning and playing creates a positive experience in which to build the faith, self-esteem and confidence of children, while preparing them for a wonderful future in school.  We believe in quality Christian education taught and guided by capable, qualified, and nurturing teachers.

Our Commitment

We are deeply committed to children. We believe that through play and other process-oriented experiences, children build self-esteem, which creates a basis for learning without end.  From nutritious snacks to learning centers to the playground, we strive to provide an atmosphere where children can laugh, grow, learn and play-a place where a child can be a child, able to grow spiritually, emotionally and socially each and every day.

Our Goals

Curriculum goals are established for each class group. Goals are based on age appropriate standards of child development. Daily activities will include circle/story time, snack and outdoor play.
