He Is Everywhere

By: Sarah Speaks

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

A few weeks ago as I was shopping at the grocery store, my eyes were drawn to the specials in the center of the aisle.  Not because I needed paper towels, and the sale on bounty was a good one, but because Jesus was there…  Yep, the tower of paper towels had a magazine on Jesus, it was during Lent and there had been lots of TV specials, movies, and publications recently featured.  Christians and non-Christians alike have found interest with this man from Nazareth, and breaking down who He is over the past thousands of years. The humor of this God sighting is not lost on me, and I can appreciate His reminder that throughout the battles, even if it’s the battle of going grocery shopping after a busy work day that He will be with me always, even at the end of the age!
